A corrective and functional training studio located in Princeton, New Jersey, is dedicated to enhancing your movement, strength, and pain free living while addressing and resolving your movement issues. Recognizing the distinctiveness of each individual, we develop personalized training programs that align with your specific objectives, lifestyle, movement patterns, and physical history.

Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, improving posture, training for a sport, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, losing weight, or simply seeking to enhance your movement and performance, our expert coaches provide the necessary guidance and accountability throughout your journey.

Our training encompasses a comprehensive range of proven methods, including Mobility, Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility, Balance, Yoga, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT), Breathwork, TRX, Speed & Agility, Boxing, and Martial Arts. These techniques collectively contribute to the development of a confident and purposeful body.

We offer private, semi private, and small group training sessions at our Princeton studio or in the comfort of your home (within a 10-mile radius). Small class sizes ensure that each client receives individualized coaching and measurable results.
